IMM curve stroke not centered to it's geometry

How can I ensure that resulting geometry stays centered around it’s IMM curve stroke ?
In the attached screenshot you can see it is currently not, resulting in unwanted shift of direction of the ribs ( One of their axes is converging to the wrong point ( in yellow )
The snap is off in stroke settings, with the picker set to once z.

What I am looking for is scribbled in red and green to the right.

Still having that problem. Anybody ? :grinning:

That’s not a stock brush. My guess is that somebody made a mistake when creating it. Can you upload the brush so I can have a look at it?

Alternatively, I uploaded some corrugated hoses a long time ago that you can still get here. Your welcome to try them.

Ooops, that someone was me. I used your brush ( Tanks so much ! ), then used my own again without any changes , only to compare the settings, and guess what, my brush inherited your settings and now works like a charm. The only difference I could find was the curve res ( mine had 10, yours 1 ) and the max bend angle ( 35 on my brush vs. 45 ), both in the brush settings. So I still don’t know what I did wrong, but now that it works I concentrate on my work ( deadlines… ).
Should it happen again I’ll post my brush if you still want to take look.

Thanks for the help @ZBER2 !

No problem. Glad it’s working for you. :+1:
