IMM curve / problems

Hello,

Could anyone experienced with IMM brushes could help me out ?
I’ve manage to make IMM curve brush that make complete snake body, now I’m trying to place it but that’s where problems start…
I want to snake body be placed on spirale but it’s hard to place nice one with your hand…is there any way to automaticly generete spline in that shape and then IMM curve go along it ? or maybe there is other way to do this that I’m not seeing…
when I’m making it with liitle parts it’s never is realy “nice” and when I’m trying to liitle adjust it my scales start to mess up ;/ anybody could help ?

I would append a Cone Primitive first, and redraw the snake IMM in a spiral shape around it.

well definitely it’s a good hint, thank You.
But the problem is that just first point of curve is snaping to geometry, the next ones are more dependent from my hand. Is there a possibility to make whole curve be snapping to geometry/poly/point ?
