Using the Curve Tubes brush, I draw out a simple Curve. If I hover to the end of the curve, I can manipulate and move the curve around. If I try and move the Curve from the starting point, the ENTIRE curve moves just as it would if I was moving it with the Gizmo. No the beginning point is not locked. Either points are locked. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks!!

If you want to be able to bend both ends of the curve, make sure that both Bend Start and Bend End are active in Stroke> Curve.
