I’m having trouble with the IMM curve brushes. When I try to resize I hover to get the blue cursor and then resize the brush. When I try to update the curve I get no size change. Also, when I try a new curve with the new size cursor it doesn’t make a change. Is there a setting I’m missing? I’m using version 2022.0.5

Without any additional information or images to see what’s going on in your situation, I can only suggest that maybe the Curve Edit cursor size is being confused with the draw cursor size. These are two different things. If you adjust the size of the cursor while it is in curve edit (Cyan) mode when hovering over a live curve, you are adjusting the falloff of the edit cursor and not the draw size. Make sure the cursor is completely off the live curve so that the Curve Edit mode is not active to adjust the draw size of the brush, and then click on the live curve again.
If this doesn’t describe your situation you will need to document it in more detail, with full, un-cropped images of the entire ZBrush interface.
