IMAC late 2015 + Zbrushcore Crashing

Hello everyone !

I’m from traditional sculpting and just started digital sculpting through Zbrushcore in order to get familiar with the UX.
I’m really new at this and tried to read forums but didn’t really found any clues about the reason why my Imac keep crashing while using Zbrush. I’m not even sure where to begin ! I tried to lower the performance Multidraw to 5 but it’s still happening. The computer is really new and should not be compromised by any means.

My version of Zbrushcore 4R7 P4 (474)
My Imac is a late 2015 model here are the specs for the Imac

I found myself having more crashes that I would expected in ZBrush Core, I guess that’s what the Quicksave is for. In my case
every time i press UI Snapshot the program freezes, besides that, I haven’t had too many troubles.

I’m not aware of problems running ZBrushCore on iMacs. I think you should submit a ticket to Pixologic Supportwho will be better able to assist you.
