I haven’t upgraded in a couple of years (been working 2D mostly) and have 4R7 right now (64 bit). What’s the best way for me to catch up?

Go here and follow the directions to get the full installer. When installing, make sure to disable your antivirus and also install as administrator. DO NOT UPDATE FROM ZBRUSH 4R7 > Zplugin menu.
