Latley, I have been having a problem with Internet Explorer 6. For a period of time during the day, everything is fine. Then, at some point, it fails to choose the right Encoding for some websites. It will choose Western European (ISO) instead of Western European (Windows). The result is a bunch of red Xs where the images should be. I have to pull down from View>Encoding and manually choose Western European (Windows) in order for the page to display correctly. I am using V6 now, but I upgraded from 5.5 to 6 in hopes to solve this issue, so I don’t think its a version thing.
Windows 98, all updates from MS
Any suggestions/ideas?
Thanks
