Here is a little brief info on the job:
Creation of assets for real-time development. Tasks involve modeling and texturing, as well as next-gen mapping such as normal mapping and ambient occlusion maps. Modeling must be optimized and consistent with industry practices in game development. Textures must be photo-realistic; you will be provided with photographic reference, however the artist must possess the ability to create textures of high quality and faithful to the reference images.
Completed assets must appear as closely as possible to the real life counter part in the reference images. Work must be completed within specified deadlines and dates.
