I’m looking for someone who has a windows license, and would like to swap for my mac license
(it’s the only free way we can change licenses).
The process is handled for free by pixologic, here’s the email I got from them:
ZBrush licenses are platform dependent. There are three options available
to you, one of which will probably suit your needs:

You can purchase a second copy for the other platform at a 50% discount.
You will then have a license for each platform, both of which will be able
to be upgraded and used going forward. Please note that due to the discount
you may not sell one of the two licenses later. Both licenses are linked
together and can only be transferred together. This option is meant as a
help to hobbyists and so is ONLY available for privately owned licenses. It
is not available for company-owned licenses. -
You can sell your current copy. If you do this, we can assist you with
transferring ownership to the new user. You would then purchase a copy for
the other platform at full price. Please note that there is a $50 fee to
transfer ownership, which must be paid by you. This can certainly be passed
on to the buyer, however. -
If you can locate a user of the other platform who also wishes to switch,
you can do a license swap. In that case there is no license transfer fee.
We allow one license swap or transfer per customer. If you choose either
option and later want to switch platforms again you will need to purchase a
cross-platform migration.
