I want to make a hole like this machine.
I made a hole with a dam standard brush.
However, I couldn’t make a beautiful hole.
The inside of the hole is distorted.
Please tell me how to make a hole in the machine.

If you sculpt the hole in, the results will be dependent on the resolution of your mesh. Subdividing your mesh may allow you to make crisper detail, but the polygons will become stretched eventually.
You could instead use Live Boolean to cut a hole in the mesh. The smoothness of the hole in that case can be controlled with how smooth the subtractive mesh is.
Live Boolean will change the topology only where the meshes intersect, but this may create problem geometry that is difficult to sculpt on near the hole. You may want to remesh afterward, and project the detail onto the new mesh.
