ZBrushCentral

I seem to be missing a few features after updating!

I seem to be missing a couple of things and I’m up to date, just did that today.

So the Multi Map Exporter is not in this installation nor is the new contrast tool which I believe is supposed to be under the Deformation panel. I was also looking for Thick Skin, that’s also not in ZB!

Should I do a full uninstall and reinstall or what do I do? Very strange. Watching some of Michael’s YouTube vids and he’s choosing this tool and that tool and then I was like WAIT, WHAT? Where are these tools!

Let me know,

Thank you!

Where is Thick Skin

Hello @RAMWolff,

Please post a completely uncropped screenshot of your entire interface, with the plugin menu expanded and visible in the screenshot.

Thank you!

Here you go!

Thank you

Hi,

please have a look at your ZBrush version on the left top corner.
As you can see you started the 2021.1.1 version and not the new 2021.5.

I would propose to follow the whole process to download the latest ZBrush and install this with this.

BTW, you should install the 2021.5 in an own directory and not into the existing ‘ZBrush 2021’ directory.

CU and good luck.

As Harrybee noticed, you have not successfully upgraded to the correct version of ZBrush.

The official upgrade instructions are here.. If using the standalone installer, ZBrush 2021 must be completely uninstalled from your system. Do not attempt to install into the default location if a ZBrush 2021 file folder already exists there.

If using ZUpgrader produced this result, or if your issues don’t take care of themselves after performing the upgrade procedure correctly, please contact Pixologic Support and start a conversation there. This is where all technical issues or issues with your ZBrush installation should be directed.

Thank you! :slightly_smiling_face:

OK, thank you. I did download the current EXE last night before bed. So I’ll do that today! Thank you both!

OK, just did the full install to a new folder. All the missing pieces are in place.

Thanks again!
