I lost GoZ to Carrara

I uninstal ZB4R7 and ZB4R8 P1 and I lost GoZ to Carrara with ZB 2018
I re instal GoZ but it doen’t work and I have this message
What can I do ?

It sounds like when you uninstalled the old version you accidentally clicked the checkbox to remove GoZ.

Reinstalling GoZ was part of the fix, but only the first part. It installed the core GoZ components but couldn’t install the files specific to Carrara. This is because Carrara implementation of GoZ wasn’t done by Pixologic; it was done by Daz3D. You will need to contact them for the necessary installation instructions to get you the rest of the way.

It works . In fact , before I did not re instal Goz , I only did the path to Carrara by Preference / GoZ but it was not enough

I re installed GoZ ( which is in the folder Pixologic / Zb2018 / Trouble shoot Help ) and then i reinstalled GoZ for Carrara
and it 's OK .
