Human & Barbarian..Testing

This my third posting… Wonder is it alway better to start a new topic or alway continue to add picture to exsiting posting of mine.

This my first head model… Donno is it just me or …Cos the more i look at it, i just feel something is wrong somewhere in the head model… So decided to post up for some improvement suggestion

Still couldnt find a suitable 3d modelling technique for hair. So just try meddling with fiberbrush… Hope someone provide some more info about modelling hair prop tutorial.
Sorry for the haste work… couldnt control the brush well. still lots to learn.

Hi Crisis
Of course it’s better to begin a new thread
Why ? You have an Orange Button “Gallery” on the first line of each of your post
who collect all your pictures with linked posts

There are some minor problems, and they are visible in profile. The bridge of the nose should be pushed back. The eyelashes of the eye on the far side of the nose should be visible. Also, the top of the forehead should be more rounded and less backwards-sloping than you have, unless you are shooting for the Neanderthal look. The most minor problem I noticed is that the ears are a bit low, though yours may be within the human norm. It partly depends on how the head is tilted, but it is usually accepted that the top of the ears should be at the top of the eyes, and the bottom of the ears should be at the bottom of the nose. So you have the right size, but they could be move up a bit. For this model, I probably wouldn’t bother changing the ears, but it is something to keep in mind for the future. The nose and the forehead should be very easy to change, and these changes should make the model look 100% better. IMO.

:+1: I did a head last night as well, but I didn’t get any ears done.

:red_circle: To Jaycephus :small_orange_diamond: now that u said it, i do noticed the ear r a bit low… Think i will do some shifting there, as for the forehead, i didnt touch up much as i tot i be modelling the hair (not like the barbarian type.) and it will be cover up. But on second tot, mayb shld be a perfectionist even thou it will not b seen there. Thx for ur suggestion. All r welcome

:large_orange_diamond: To Gary Komar :small_orange_diamond: Thx for the script u posted, i b dlg it and try it. will post my comment after. :sunglasses:

I hav dled the script and tried it. Nice way u did it… and it almost hang my slow processing pc. but still it not suitable for the type of hair i want to model.

just an example the result of the script(hair)can be further modeled to almost any style!

I c… i try to use ur method and c whether i can come up with the hair i want and post up again. Thx.
