Human anatomy study

So trying to become a great Zbrush artist, and currently doing my human anatomy study, I thought I would reach out to the community to give me some feedback on this. I’m still working on perfecting the hands and feet. What do you guys think
Any specific proportions you think I should change?

Anyone know any great reference art for human anatomy study. I’m having some difficulties understand the shape of a triceps and upper back muscles?

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Not a bad start. But to improve your anatomy skills, it’s the best if you take some course (like Scott Eaton’s courses) to have a solid foundation of anatomy. At this moment it looks like that you don’t know really what’s going on under the skin, and in my opinion, knowing the artistic anatomy is extremely important. You have to know, what muscles, bones are shaping the skin, and how they work to be able to create anatomy study.

I’d suggets first to look for Paul Richer’s old anatomy book, Bamms Die Nackte Mensch to study anatomy. I still suggest to take a course, it might be expensive, but if you intend to do characters, it’s paying back. I know.

This is amazing advise. I’m kicking myself in the backside for this because I just started making characters right off the bat and working my way backward in to understanding anatomy. Scott Eaton is my far the best Anatomy guy I have seen, but i got to save up some money for that. I’m actually planning on making a male and female character modeling everything from skin to bone to muscles, to get an understanding of this. Btw any part in particular looks off scale.
