How To Workaround Eyelid for Animation

Hey guys,

So I have a project where I need to sculpt a char for a project and for approval first
I need a good looking sculpting meaning the char has mouth closed and eyes open.

However for animation after the approval I need the eyelids to actually have geometry…
How can I extend the geo of the eyelids after I actually make the sculpt without that extra geo?
