How to use drag rect to apply an alpha over a surface where the stroke is the same size every time?

Hi, I have a portion of a model where I would like to apply an alpha as a texture. I have all of the surrounding area nice and masked out. The area to texture is too large to be able to apply the alpha to via a single drag rect stoke. I need to perform multiple strokes to completely cover the area. My issue is that I do not want any variation in my stokes other than the location ( I want the same rotation and size each time).
I know I can do something similar with IMM brushes by setting my draw size and using the ctrl key, but that does not work for me when using the standard brush with drag rect ( how I usually do drag rect).
Is there a way that I can do that? Do I need to use a different brush? Special setting in lazy stoke or brush settings?

Help would be appreciated.

Dragdot stroke type should drag a uniform sized (determined by brush radius) alpha to wherever you want.

However, for the finest control, you may want to use Spotlight.

Awesome! Thank you
