How to transfer skin details from Zbrush to substance painter?

Beginner here,

So I just finished my model in Zbrush which I am going to retopo in Maya then texture it in substance painter. However, how do I transfer the details like the pores wrinkles etc from Zbrush to substance painter, do I have to bake a map or something in Zbrush? This is my first time actually trying to do this in Zbrush.
