Hi, I need to know how to resize the sculpt in the interface to match my target 3D print size? This before I export it to STL. This way I dont have to concern myself with remembering. I am making a 3D print of a superhero and I want it to be 12 inch tall. and the rest of the dimensions to scale proper as well.
Hi @JoePW!
The easiest way to do this by far, if your workflow allows, is to simply get your proportions correct, and then set the size in your slicing/print software to whatever the limiting dimension is. This avoids any potential import/export hassles between programs. Units in the program are generic by default, but you don’t need specific units for proportionality.
3d Print Hub has functions for sizing.
If your measurement needs are more complex, Scale Master may be of use.
