How to save a Pose ?

I created Transpose Master, ZSpheres for the rig.

How can I do that, that I only have my mesh left with the new pose and the Rig with the Zspehres should be gone ?

Save it as a Project, Ctrl + S (or - File > Save As). It will keep both your original subtools and your Transpose Master Tool and Rig. It will also retain all lights and materials used in your scene.
