How to reselect object?

Hey all, I’m new to this forum and Zbrush, and I was just wondering how, after saving a model, do I reselect it for editing? I closed ZBrush and opened it and the file again but I have no idea how to select the object I want to edit…if someone could help me out I’d greatly appreciate it

first off. There is a difference between a document and a tool. If you’re working in 3d you always save a tool or .ztl. Then you can go to tool>load and select the tool you with to load. Draw it on the canvas and go into Edit mode (t). then work like normal.

If you saved out a document you will never be able to edit that object again as true 3d.

Thank you for replying, I did realize I should use the search function and I found the answer, I jus jumped the gun a lil early, something I try not to do often but do too often hahah. So if I’m correct, saving objects as tools is one way to keep them “alive” and using subtools is a way to make a compund mesh correct? Zbrush will take awhile to get used to but so far it’s an amazing program.

I apologize for having a noob moment by neglecting the search bar =p
