How to prevent topology deformations when sculpting for parts of the mesh

Hello,

I’ve the following use case. I want to create for a DAZ Genesis figure a new shape.
Those figures have in DAZ 3D some “hd” morphs, like nipples.
If I increase e.g. die breast size in zBrush, the toplology is changed for the wohle breasts and so also the nipple gets bigger. What I want to achive is to increase the breast size, but in the area about the nipples, the toplogy should remain unchanged, (some quad size or only slightly increased).

Masking the nipple area seems to be no option, becase than the part of the mesh would not move with the rest of the mesh.
Working with the morph brush seems also not an option, because the morph brush restores toplogy and shape. But I need only toplogy morphed back to the original.

Is there a way in zBrush to do so?
