How to pose a model

Hi guys,
I’m gonna pose Jolie model which exists in Zbrush tools. I wanna turn her head a bit to right down side. Also, I want her left leg and hand to be bent backward. For doing this I need to use transform tool so as to pose the model but my problem is how to do that. Which method do you recommend?

  1. going to the lowest resolution and deleting high res steps then posing the model and using Zremesher to get a correct topology. Of course by posing the head, leg and hand I lose the symmetry axis so I could not use any type of symmetries exist in the transform pallet.
  2. Building the model from the scratch.
  3. Using Zsphere rigging
  4. Using transform master
    Please guide me.
