How to NOT assign the hotkey "Z" to the spotlight dial? (no menue button found)

Hi everybody,

there is only one button for activating Spotlight under the Texture palette.
But where is the button for show/hide “Spotlight Dial”?
I would like to assign it a new hotkey.

Reason:
Maya uses Z as hotkey for undo.
Same do some other applications I use.
So it is another hotkey struggle while working with Spotlight and I need to deactivate Z hotkey there (reassign another key)

The button is in the Transform palette.
