how to migrate files from older version to newer version …such as tools, alphas, materials etc
without having to copy or paste
If you have a lot of tools this can be time consuming . Is there a faster way of doing this

Bulk copy and pasting in and out of various ZBrush installations runs the risk of accidentally pasting some sort of obsolete data into the newer installation which may cause issues with ZBrush. Instead we recommend dropping shortcuts to a static location where you store your content into the Lightbox folders. This way any version of ZBrush can access that content, and there is no need to copy and paste files. Or you could use the XMD plugin to manage your content.
