How to make LOD stages

Hey, I am new to zBrush.

I would like to do some environment objects like cliffs and rocks.
To be usable in a game those need Lod objects when they are further away.

-> So, now I have my perfect super-hi-poly rock.
How do I get the lower stages of it? (In case there are none)

-> Do I need to do remeshing? Can they be created automatically, in case of rocks, thats probably easier?

-> And how do I get the UV maps?

And how do I export bot Hi and low resolution objects?

It would be really nice if someone could point me in the right direction.
