How to grow or shrink masking?

Hello,

Is there a way to grow or shrink a mask? I am thinking of something like Photoshop’s expand or contract selection command.

Not exactly what you want, but in the Visibility sub palette under the Tools menu, you’ll find grow and shrink options, which could help to achieve the same result.
