How to export stl at correct sizing

Hi there,

This is my first post here.

I have sculpted a helmet in Zbrush, then exported it as .stl to Fusion 360 for creating holes and threads. Then exported again from Fusion 360 as an .stl and lastly imported the .stl file to Zbrush, where I will continue sculpting it.

When I now export it again as .stl for 3d printing, the size of the sculpt is not correct.
Meaning when in Fusion lets say my helmet was 300mm in height, which is an exact height that I want, but when exported from Zbrush it is only around 12mm in height.

How can I export an already imported .stl file, in the correct sizing ?

Any advice will be highly appreciated, since sizing in millimeters instead of in units, has to me always been confusing in Zbrush. Love everything else about Zbrush

Try using the 3D Print Hub plugin. You can set the export size in mm or inches.

Also… Note: 3D Print Exporter is now called 3D Print Hub
