My icons in the left pannel menu are so small that it is very uncomfortable to see them.
Is there a way that I can enlarge the size of icons inside the menu box?
I already tried ‘Preference > Interface > UI > Buttonsize’, but it only changed the size of the button, not the icon inside the button.
My monitor resolution is 3840 x 2160.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.

This can happen if you override the OS scaling management on a high resolution display and increase the button size to a significant degree. The icons for some of those buttons are at a fixed resolution and do not scale with the text.
The best display results for ZBrush are achieved by letting Windows manage the display scaling with no custom scaling factor set, and High DPI scaling override is not enabled in the program properties.
