How to edit polygroups

Hi,

I am brand new here.

So I have this human head and I am polygrouping ears and lips etc, by just masking what I need and then pressing “Ctrl + w”.

But when I then later select this polygroup, for example the upper lip, I see that I have missed a couple of polygons.

So the question is, how can I now edit this polygroup, so that I can have these polygons in this group also ? I cannot seem to find a way to edit a polygroup. If not possible, can I then somehow delete this polygroup and then just make a new one again ?

Thnx

ZModeler lets you select a polygroup to paint:
http://docs.pixologic.com/user-guide/3d-modeling/modeling-basics/creating-meshes/zmodeler/working-with-polygroups/

(you can also use the modifiers of this Polygroup action to “pick existing” and then “over write”).

Alternatively you can just isolate the old group and the new faces you want to add, and just use Ctrl+W again to throw them into a new group. You might wind up with a different color (you can keep using the shortcut to cycle through some different ones), but otherwise it wont change the workflow any.
