How to Delete/cut part of Sphere hidden behind main sculpt?

I had a quick question, hopefully someone know the answer. I hope its super simple

I have created a basic sculpt, though if I wanted to 3d Print I have a concern. I want to print the base figure and then print the eye lens separately so that when I paint I can paint as two separate parts.

I have the base body as one sub tool and the eyes as a separate but the problem is the eyes are a solid sphere, so on the image it doesn’t matter as the majority of the sphere is hidden in the sculpt but for printing and putting together again that wont work and I wouldn’t be able to slot the eye in, is there a way to cut just the lens out? the part that is showing? I tried using mask but it still grabs the bit hidden under the sculpt. I have attached a image to show a bit better what I mean.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance if anyone can help. Sorry if it doesn’t make sense. I have attached images to better explain.

Can you Boolean/subtract the inner parts out of the spheres?

I Can try, but I was hoping for a clean clinical way, to see if there was a auto cut if the object isn’t seen. I may just have to redo the eyes and sculpt just the lens instead.

Cheers though

A sphere fitting the inside of the cup precisely would give a very accurate boolean cut on the eyes. Give it a try and see how it turns out.
