How to bake AO to UVs ?

Is it possible to bake AO to UVs in Zbrush ?

Sure. Use Tool>Masking>Mask Ambient Occlusion. Use the various settings there to get the mask you want. Then use Tool>Masking>Create Alpha to convert your mask to an alpha. This is done using the model’s UV’s, and the resulting alpha can be exported to use as a map.
