From what I can tell from your picture, it looks like you’ve got some garbage geometry down there as a result of the scan process. I would get rid of it first, rather than trying to smooth it.

Using the clip curve or trim curve brush, flatten small sections of problem areas in towards the main mass of the head. You want everything to look “solid”–no holes or overly thin geometry anywhere. Then, dynamesh the head to re-surface it, and those areas will be able to be smoothed much more easily using the normal smooth brush.

I agree w/ above- perhaps the original scan was too high a resolution, so try lowering that in the scan and cleaning up any ragged edges before bringing into ZB

thanks … really thanks !!!
i find the tool
smoth peaks … help a little bit …butiwill rescan again !

Z Brush inherentley smoothes out low poly count shapes, so I think you’ll get better results w/ a lower poly scan, and then sculpt in more detail as you increase the Geometry levels. Or else try smoothing out the scan within the scanning software before importing it into ZB. Extruding in the edges along the neck (before importing into ZB) may also keep those edges cleaner/smoother

thanks again …
I apreciate very much …really !
