how do threads get rated? by the person that posted or the replies…However though I do think that the some of the high rating threads are decieving imo as opposed to others that do not have as high ratings …anyways just a thought

there’s a little “rate this thread” box above the first post and you can give it a rating. The reason they’re deceiving is because not many people rate threads, so if one person rates it at five stars, it automatically gets five stars… there is no basis for median.
Although once you have contributed to a thread, this option disappears.
