How do you pin brushes palette (not whole brushes window) to your toolbar?

I would like to get effect like that person on this movie:

To just pin the brushes to the toolbar. All i can do is pinning the whole brush settings window.

Thank you. I have added some brushes to my custom UI, but when i have started the program again several of these brushes are missing. All of them remained on the custom positions but:

planar line
planar path cut

I have added them from lightbox brush folders. What should i do to have them on their custom places trough all the program restarts?

ZStartup\BrushPresets: Brushes in this folder will appear in the Brush palette the next time ZBrush is started.
