How do see both sides of a single surface?

I imported a piece of a model that’s not a closed surface. I can only see one side and it disapears as I rotate it. It’s like haveing single sided turned in the shader in Maya.

Is there a way around this?

I’ve been posting a lot and just so I dont’ seem lazy I do try to find answers in the manual, but sometimes just can’t find what I’m looking for.

…in the Menu Tools ?

Tool>Display Properties>Double

Bear in mind that you will take a performance hit for this. Double-sided polygons require more processing power to render, which is why single-sided polygons are the norm.

Great! That did it – thanks!! Won’t usually need it, but it’s production and you get handed what you get handed sometimes.
