from the point of view of anatomy: veins and arteries
I leave below a video, with audio, explaining my problem, … it consists of making veins and arteries in the brain, but I’m taking a long time with each one, and I apply DYNAMESH twice for each vein and artery, and there are thousands of I have to do.

If you could apply the vein pattern you want as masking, either by painting it, or perhaps by applying the veins as a texture and masking from intensity, you could inlfate all of the veins at once with tool > deformation> Inflate.
However, this will produce veins of the same relative size and protrusion. What you probably want is a mix of veins of different sizes and elevations.
So you might consider doing all the smaller veins texturally, and doing all the larger veins manually, either with Lazy Mouse 2.0 features, or with the Curve Multi Tube snap brush. The curve multi tube snap brush will allow you to draw out multiple tubes of separate geometry all at once on the surface, after which you can use the pinch and inflate brushes to taper the size of the veins.
You could also use a brush like the Topology brush to draw out a bunch of curves on the surface quickly, then switch to the curve multi tube brush to apply a tube to all of those curves at once.
Just keep in mind that Dynamesh is not a tool for capturing very fine detail. You may wish to sculpt the smaller veins on a high resolution mesh that has been subdivided, once the larger veins have been dynameshed.

I’m using the technique of …Curve Multi Tube snap brush
And it’s a thousand times better, now the problem is that every tube I make ignores the sphere, where I want them to stick.
In other words, I need each tube to unfold according to the contour of the sphere, ON PARALLEL TO THE MESH, AND NOT GO INSIDE, THAT TUBE DO NOT PENETRATE THE SPHERE SURFACE.
