How can I quickly mask a certain polygroup when using ZSketch?

Hello there,

I did a little googling and found ‘Quick One-Touch Masking of Polygroups’ on this page docs.pixologic.com/user-guide/3d-modeling/modeling-basics/polygroups/.
This is exactly what I wanted to do but it seems not functioning when using ZSphere.

My current approach is to Ctrl+Shift+Click on a polygroup, Ctrl+Click on the canvas to mask all, and then Ctrl+Shift+Click on the canvas to show all hidden ZSpheres, which I think is very tedious.
Is there any quicker way to do the same?

Thanks.

Here’s a macro that will do what you want. You need to assign a hotkey to the macro button for it to work. Then hold the cursor over the polygroup you want to mask and press the hotkey. There’s no need to click the mouse button, just press the hotkey.

To install, save to the ZBrush 4R7\ZStartup\Macros\Misc folder and then press Macro>Reload All Macros. There should then be a new button called “Mask Group” in the Macro>Macros>Misc sub-palette.
