How Can I Fix This?

I am fairly new to ZBrushCore and I do not know how to fix the tip of the finger I am working on so that it has the same amount of polys per (unit of measurement) as the upper part of the finger.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

You can partially sub-divide the model. Go to the lowest sub-division level and mask everything except the finger. (The simplest way is to mask just the finger and then invert the mask - Ctrl+i) Then press the Divide button.
