How can I edit one Subtool and these changes be applied to other identical subtools

Hey there guys and gals

I am an amateur zbrush designer and lately I have been trying my hands in creating RPG dice ( 20, 10, 12 sided dice).

What I would like to do is this:
A 20 sided die is just 20 triangle arranged in the right way to form an hedron. Instead of making every face of the die individual (or making one and then copying it) and then arranging them in the correct geometry, I would prefer instead to arange the triangle correctly and when I change one of them, for the rest to change as well.

In short I would like to have an arrangement of identical subtools in space and have all the changes I make in one of them be applied to the rest of the subtools.

Is this (or something similar) possible ?

Thank you all

There may be other ways to do this but look up Michael Pavlovich (Youtube) and Nanomesh. The thought is make you base die and then make a separate subtool upon which you sculpt. Then apply this detailed subtool to the faces of the die as nanomesh. If you want different features on various faces then you can apply polygrouping and apply nanomesh subtools per polygroup, or even multiple nanomeshes per polygroup. Once done, if you want to make a physical die then turn into geo and Gizmo:Remesh by Union, Live Boolean or Dynamesh together and Deciamte for printing. Good luck.

How about if I want to deform and not sculpt. Lets say that I do not want to sculpt on the triangle (the one face of the die) but I would like to drag one of the points towards the inside so that I create a curved surface. And of course I would like the other faces which I have already position in the correct geometry to have that same curve as well

YES!

I believe this covers me completely !

thank you my man !!!
