How can I delete or add items from lightbox inside zBrush?

Hi everybody,
this is a triple question - I’m happy for any part of answer

I am always struggling with the lightbox.
Is there any way, to easily
1.) delete visible items (such as alphas, textures etc)
and
2.) in the same way to add new items? (such as a custom alpha)
I know I can export them to folders, but this is not a very handy workflow.
(I searched for something like drag & drop or a double click command…)

3.) And then I once clicked on the top right menue bar of the light box on NEW
and now I have got 2 lightbox windows. How can I remove the second one? (see picture below)

Many thanks for help

p.s. It’s such a weird workflow with lost saving paths and only sliding windows (with no possibility to keep something fix in a static floating window) - still after some months of experience now…
The UI could be more intuitive in my opinion (user of Maya(!) and Photoshop)

LightBox automatically pulls from the Z folders in your ZBrush installation. For example, the ZBrush 4R7\ZMaterials folder populates the Materials tab in LightBox.

Reorganizing the contents of LightBox is as easy as reorganizing the contents of those folders. Go ahead and create subfolders. (You’ll see a lot of that in the ZBrushes folder.) You can also add shortcuts to other folders elsewhere on your system. LightBox will see those shortcuts and display them as folders which you can click on to browse the contents of.

Don’t be tempted to edit the ZData folder. It’s not connected to LightBox and modifying its contents will result in unexpected behavior in ZBrush. The only folders you need deal with are those that have a corresponding tab in LightBox.
