I would like to match Zbrush Axis colors with my main 3D package. I looked around but could not find anything, the colors pallet seems to be for pallets and buttons only.
How can change the colors used for the Gizmo and and Zbrush global axis in general?

I’m unaware of a way to do this. You can create a custom Gizmo manipulator, but the colors need to remain the same:

If you’d like to make a feature request, these can be submitted to Pixologic Support. The features that are important to some users may not be as important to others. We are always happy to consider all feature requests, and to log them so they can be tracked internally.
Feature requests made on the Community Usage Questions boards may be missed by the developers. We don’t use the community forums for the purpose of tracking that information.
