I find myself moving the wrong sphere for too many times .

Not sure if this will help but, I think you might need to set your Draw Size of your brush to 1 if your having problems selecting to many Zspheres at the same time.
That is an other thing yeah, but i just had to click once on the zphere i want to move before trying to drag it right in place.
