Hopefully one of you has a solution to my problem.

Hello everyone I am relatively new to zBrush and I have this problem. The problem seems to occur anytime I try to a negative piece of geometry into my mesh using either the transpose feature or simple an inverted insert multi mesh function. When I create the hole in my mesh and I re-Dynamesh it gives me the negative space I want in my tool but there are floating polygons on top of the hole. How do I prevent or get rid of these. I have supplied some pictures so you can have a better idea of what the heck I am trying to explain.

Thanks for you help zBrush Central,

Brian

Use auto groups (tool>polygroups>autogroups) to break each geo island into its own polygroup

ctrl+shift+lmb on the mesh you want to keep (should hide everything else)

tool>geometry>modify topology>delete hidden
