Greetings!
Outcomes me here another dreamer chasing to make his real.

Tale of the tape for this series of sharings is that I chased my dreams of telling tales to inspire and express with visual arts from the wrong end…
Had a lot to express, a whole world yet not a lot of skills to do so,
So!
Here I am, embarked on a journey to hone my skills & craft so I can better express my dreams as do most of us here do.
On this path, I strive to stay as far away from “what is the message in this piece” , “what is the story” , “what is the concept”
Rather than such, focusing fully on the craft, the skills.
Anatomy, light, volume, dynamism, balance, colour and all the other such lovely fundamentals visual arts involve.
In terms of martial arts,
I realized I needed to master my fundamentals better before I tried spinning jazz and emenari rolls! :3
They say in my native tongue here that an ear grows past the horn over time.
A phrase indicative of how the apprentice gets better over time to surpass the master.
Yet as we digital folk know perhaps a bit better,
Sometimes you don’t have a horn to pass,
No master to pass you them teachings.
Self taught many of us may be,
Yet I cannot deny how much I have learned from the community!
Learned in observation,
Reading and watching.
Inspired by pieces all surrounding.
So here I am!
Here I believe feedback is most crucial,
Here I am for any and all feedback & criticism I can receive!
More I am challenged and questioned the better it is for me I believe.
So please, refrain not
Hold no punch back and fret not,
I will take them all in a student’s might
Learn from them the best I can to make it right next time!
