Holes in printed model

I printed out a 3D bust and the model came out with holes in the ears and underneath the collar of the shirt but the holes were not visible on the actual digital file when vieiwng it in ZBrush.

Before saving the file out for print I had hollowed the model out with masking then used panel loops to give the walls thickness but still you could not see any of the holes in the model.

Does anyone know why the model would have ended up printing out with holes if they were not visible on the model in ZBrush?

the wall thickness is to thin, i think

I had made the walls pretty thick, do you think its possible it didn’t apply to the entire inside of the model? Leaving the ears and under collar thinner?

Define thick. 1mm? 2mm? 1 inch?

It’s definitely an issue with the wall thickness. Ears can be tricky areas to print as they can get very thin, especially when the model is printed at a small scale. What looks thick enough in Zbrush might not be enough for the printer being used (which can vary on necessary thickness).
