This is a huge buddhist statue in Todaiji Temple in Japan.
There are about 10m size of this statue.
About 1000 year has passed in the vicinity being made it.

The individual pieces fit and blend really well together. Did you model them with Multi Markers? The only other way I can think of to making them match is modelling with snapshot turned on, just hope you donā€™t accidentally rotate. :wink:

edit: the transitions look really clean, on second look they look like they have a lot more depth. (especially between the arm and the chest) :+1:

ditto to the other last couple of comments. Very nice. The closest I have come to Japan is some sushi and Mr.Sulu. But I will say that I like the taste and slice of the orient that you have brought to the forum. Keep up the great work, it is truly fun to view :+1:

I already knew this was you pigma. Please please donā€™t be distracted by an unecessary effort to distinguish yourself. This picture is extremely sensuous, I can feel the texture of the wood and was captivated by the figure and pose.
