help!! zproject brush is being weird!!

can anyone help? i am currently sculpting the interior of a bullet wriddled derelict building and i want to use the zproject brush for the first time. i have taken some screen shots of the model walls and painted them with textures and stuff in photoshop so that i have some relly cool images to paint back onto the model. any way what i’ve done is import the jpeg in the docment window so that it is in the background. i’ve made sure that the image and the model are the same size and i’ve lined the brush up correctly but for some reason the image is massive when painted onto the model. i’ve tryed watching some tutorials and i cant see that i’m doing anything wrong but obviously i am. i’ve included a screen shot with a nice big orange circle that ilustrates the size difference around the window. if anyone can help i would appreciate it very much.
thanks.

Not sure whats going wrong here, I’ve been able to use the zproject brush in the way you described with no problems. But, as an alternative, you could project the image onto the model using zapplink.

cool thanks man. i just downloaded that zapplink thingy and it looks really cool. cant actualy get it to do anything yet, it hides one of the faces when i return to zbrush (wich i fixed by pressing double in display propertys) but then it hasnt painted it. still i will have a play with it in the morning and see
if i can figure it out. cheers anyway.
