Help with the jewelry earring stud

Hello,

I am a beginner zbrush user. But I am a jeweller myself. I have a hockey skate model that I need to convert to earrings stud, flat on one side and 3d on the other. I have managed to trim the half, but i am trying to figure out how to fill it in so it will be a solid piece. Please see my pictures.

Check the “TrimRect” brush from the menu using ctrl+shift while selecting the half of your active subtool.The brush pallette will only be visible while pressing ctrl+shift. It should cut away one of the halfs without remeshing and getting unwanted fillets.
