Hi guys I’m trying to retopologize a bunch of objects and was wondering if zremesher should be used for that or if it is mostly for reducing the polygons then it should be done manually?
I tried using guidelines to get a better result but even if the topology looks ok at the end when i import it into another program like blender it has selection issues. For example, the object below when you select a ring it selects a giant group of polygons instead and gives odd results.
Do you usually use zremesher to retopologize objects or you do it manually (even if you are working with a large scene)? How long does it take you to create a scene completely? What is your workflow for projects that would have 50 objects like an interior for example? I feel like I waste an insane amount of time with retopology is this normal? Is there a better way?
