when i finish the sculpture in zbrush, i export the level 1 mesh into maya, but i cant see anything, however, I can see the model’s poly count data, but i cant see the modle, what’s going on here, really need help! Thank you.
Select it in the Outliner, and try assigning a basic lambert to the model.
Looks like there is probably no Shading Group assigned, so Maya doesn’t know how to display it.
thanks, man , i tried this way, but it won’t work, if i import the obj into zbrush again, it said erroe encountered while importing a file, i dont know what else to do.
Hmmm…well, you can attempt to re-export your ZTool file as an OBJ again. It’s possible something was corrupted on export from ZBrush.
I have tried many times to re-export, but none of them is fine, i want to die
hahaha, i solve the problem, just need to change the scale to 1,and x,y,z,to 0 in export menu of zbrush, and now i can export the model in maya.
